Questionnaire's

On the Wednesday we created some questionnaires that we though we could give out to some friends or the general public to get some feedback on the piece as a whole. These are the questionnaires forms that we created, there are just some general questions on each and one being a change in title which the group feel the movie needs anyway. We will take all questionnaires into mind after them being filled out and discuss any thing we feel needs changing after we get the results back.
